Ripoff files fruadulent information to collection agency

I was sent a computer from Blue Hippo and payment made per week. My shipment was not complete and after contacting Blue Hippo Funding with out any corespondence or contact I was contacted by Goldman & Warshaw P.C. That I am place in collection for money that was alredy paid. I still did not receive my shipment.
