Ripoff hometypers.com does not honor refund policy

I purchased the program from hometypers.com, they offer 100% satisfaction guarenteed, full refund within 60 days.

I tried the program, I couldn't catch on. So I sent request for refund. Explained that I am on disability and can't afford to lose the money since the program is definately not going to work for me.

I sent 6 request in a weeks time, if I got a response it was i believe an auto response. And for past 3 days, no response at all. The responses say don't give up so easily, keep trying, it is a lifetime membership, you can try later.

I can't get it now, chances are I'm never going to get it. I don't want a 97.00 lifetime membership to something I can't use.

I just want my money back.
