Ripoff, lies, no communication

These are very good sales people. Jeremy Cheney was the ace there who talked us into what a great thing this was going to be for us and all the money we would be making soon. They were going to 'spoon feed' us the entire program so that we could duplicate what we were paying them $9499.00 to do with 10 websites. Those websites were supposed to be done within a couple of weeks. Now that 3 months has passed, we still do not have websites. Our numerous phone calls for help and/or complaints go largely unanswered or passed off to another division where we also leave recorded messages asking for help or voicing complaints. There has been minimal help from anyone there. They sold us the idea that anyone with no or minimal computer experience would soon be churning out moneymaking websites by themself. We have some computer experience and have shown this program to friends who have considerably greater internet knowledge about building websites. The overwhelming opinion is that very little of the program is user-friendly and certainly not for a novice to attempt. We were guaranteed our money back if for any reason we are unsatisfied with results or any part of training. We are completely unsatisfied and trying to get a refund. I have contacted local police who will take it up with Utah authorities. I have filed a Better Business Bureau report in Utah and I have contacted the credit card fraud reporting agency trying to resolve this matter. If this does not produce desired results soon, we have already been in contact with a collections attorney in Utah for further help. I urge others to do the same if you are having trouble with these people.
