Ripoff, They took my money, essentially ditched me, and left me empty handed with empty pockets

E-commerce exchange sold me an internet business. I have never had use of this business or "equipment" mentioned in the contract. So therefore i consider this "contract" to be void and without legal representation.

I could not log on, i constantly called and they would fix it. Within a day and sometimes hours i couldn't log on again nor could my "customers".

I have gotten nothing out of them and therefore they should not have gotten nothing out of me. However i am legaly bound by a tight contract.

I sent e-commerce a cancelation notice by fax. They said they would stop the payments. They did not. They lied.
