Ripoff bogus charges to our account and they won't tell us where they are located! Rip off movieland.com

I pay for a product called 360 Share where I can download mp3's, videos and so on. I like the service I recieve from them but one day while I was out my fiance was using the share program that we did purchased. Four days later payment notices began to show up on his account of our computer from a company called movieland. (It took two days for it to show up on mine.)

We were both outragaged by these notices that pop up, introduce a woman who calls herself our personal repersenative for the product and continues to talk about how she is glad we enjoyed the free trial, (which we did not know about until the payment notices began to appear) and how we are legally obligated to pay.

My favorite part of these notices is the choices you are given if you go to the actual web site to try to stop them, because no matter what you pick you have to pay them for a product that you do not know was there until payment notices began. Now I thought that if I chose "I never signed up for this service, I would like to cancel." that was what I would be doing but instead another payment request with a nice notice. "It is impossible for this software to exsist on your system without a user activating a four step download. Oh but better then it goes on to tell that they know that multipal users may use one computer. Well in my case I know for a fact that only two people are using my computer and neither of us went through any four step installation process.

But in closing I have one more complaint. When I looked for an address or even a phone number which all lagittamit businesses will give you. I instead found "Movieland.com is committed to providing the best service possible! Our customer service representitives are available Monday-Friday 7am-9am Pacific time and 7am-4pm on Saturdays." That is great that they tell themselves that but there is no phone number or address. So how exactlly are they committed to provide any service at all.
