Ripoff Took $194.56 and will not refund it. Xbox bundle from netdropshippers.com for a customer on ebay Los Angeles California

I order a Xbox bundle from netdropshippers.com for a customer on ebay. After a week they said it was out of stock and issued me a credit.

I told them I did not want a credit. I had to refund my customer. After two weeks of cookie cutter responces from netdropshippers customer service they take the credit down and say it has been refunded but it hasn't.

I have refunded my customer but have not been refunded myself. $194.56 may not be a lot of money to some people but to me it is about a weeks pay.
