In a nutshell, these people tell you absolutely ANYTHING to get you to say yes to buy their advertising package. Most people think what I thought..."wow, for 400$ they must do a good job"!! The truth is these people avoid selling anything just to avoid the hassle. When you call them on a lie, they just play dumb. I have yet to speak to one happy customer. Some of the stories I have heard are truly appalling. These people need to be shut down NOW.
