Rudest company ever, never been so offended, stole my money, harrassed me with profanitiy in their e-mails, a complete

I returned a wig to their company and they wrote me an e-mail letting me know they only exchange wigs. When I tried to get the details on how I could get the wig that I paid for, but they had, back, they got so nasty. Here is a copy of the last e-mail I received:

You know, that is funny! You state no where does it say where or how much well, it does. And you call me stupid? Funny. It CLEALRY says ALL that info on our site, GENIUS!
We retail over 5 mil of wig a year, personally, i have a new hummer, a 1.9 mil beach house (want pics sweetie?) and you tell me i am dumb? I tell you, you are a b*tch, who cant read english, and is plain RETARDED. DO have a nice day, honey!

I never called them stupid or anything else, I just told them I needed the details on how to get what I paid for. They never provided me with any help. I had to get my bank to remburse me the the $50 they tried to steal. Google them, they've also insulted 60 yr old cancer patients. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Rip-off, theives and nothing but a bunch of b*tches!
