On July 11th purchased a hand-held Rife Machine never recieved it ripoff

I am helping my 23 year old autistic son, write this report. He was purchasing the Rife Machine in an attempt to help cure his autisim. On July 11th, he purchased a hand-held Rife Machine with his debit card online for $760.00. He never recieved it. He recieved the frequency chart, that looked like a lot of confusing numbers.

When we called, we only talked to sales representatives that promised that someone would call or email us. Nothing happened. We emailed and all our emails were returned. We contacted our local consumer protection office and they forwarded the information to Consumer Protection Lansing, MI office. They have sent us notification that they are handling the case.

Today Future Horizons called without me calling first, and said they didn't have the complete address and were unable to deliver the shipment. I told them my son wanted a refund. I was again told the person I talked to was only a sales representative, I was told to call back on Monday, (using the 800 #) November 14 to talk to someone else.

I wrote to the Lansing Consumer protection office regarding the phone call. I'm not sure what they are doing to handle the case. The representative wanted me to email the company. I told her all my emails came back returned. I tried to get as much information as I could. I let her know I contacted the Consumer Protection Office. She wanted to get off the phone real quick.

After a bit more investigation we realized my son was not the only person ripped-off by this company. Rick Todish, who is the founder of Future Horizons has a brother named Brian Todish. Brian Todish has a website taking complaints and warning people about his brother Rick's company. You can find it by putting future horizons in your search engine.
