EZGaming Aka IGE Internet Gaming Entertainment ripoff using Western Union as their tool

I know that what I am ordering is wrong in the world of internet gaming but a website that sells Gold (in-game currency) for World of Warcraft is using Western Union to steal money. The gold is used to advanced your character to higher levels and after playing for awhile I want a new character to be almighty from the get go for once.
I purchased 2,000 Gold from them for $100 dollars and although I have the receipt and also a confirmation from Western Union that they got the money deposited to their account 2 minutes after it was submitted, something that takes 30mins to an hour is now going on to a second week with no end in site or on their side, any record of this money getting to them.
The bad part was, I used this place before and was a loyal customer, then, i dunno, 3 orders in a row they have tried to just keep the money and not send the order.
This third time, is the worst and now after an entire evening with them on their "Live Chat" system (its all automated responses that the rep can just push because they dont speak good English) I have gotten nowhere and now the main company IGE.com is saying its EZGaming.com. Makes no sense.
The best part is I got an email from them last night (11/5) saying they never got the payment but then Western Union says they got the money 2 minutes after it was sent directly deposited into their bank account.
By the way the last chat I saved ended it looks like IGE.com might be denouncing any fault in this and putting it solely on EZGaming. But when you Western Union off of EZGaming the companies account name is Internet Gaming Entertainment.
I am not really pursuing this as far as lawsuit as of yet just want people to know that even something as easy as Western Union isn't safe or if they are safe then they're such a poor company that Western Union is hard for them. Either way, they have proof via Western Union MTCNumber and also Western Union called them as a courtesy call for me and they still have no intention of sending me my order.
This is why I don't use my credit card on the web anymore and now I have to deal with this.
