PopScript.com False advertising of free domain name with script purchase

PopScript.com is a company that sells professional PHP scripts. When you order a script the checkout page states "Each script you purchase entitles you to a completely FREE domain name."
After ordering a script, which was supposed to be an instant delivery when paying with PayPal but didn't arrive until several hours later, I found no information about the free domain name.
After contacting PopScript.com on this matter I received the response of "Its actually a free subdomain and comes with free webhosting. You can signup here: http://www.100webspace.com / If your interested."
Anyone can go to 100webspace.com and receive a free subdomain name and we free webhosting without buying anything from anyone. When someone offers me a "completely FREE domain name" with my purchase, that is what I expect to receive.
PopScript.com is practicing false advertising!
