Ltd ripoff I bought a programme twice, won't sent activation code India Internet

I boyfriend ordered me a programme from the internet. They sent me and e-mail and told me and said go to this screen. The page was blank. Then it said down load from link and the link did not work.

I got the programme and then they said I had to register this programme before I can use it and told me what to do. But there is no facility for registering this programme. It just keeps telling me to buy it.

So my boyfriend has paid for this twice and we still do not have the programme HOROSCOPE EXPLORER. I have emailed them many times and got no reply. So I told them I was gonna let everyone know what they were doing. I have got pictures too.
