Delivery took forever and product not recieved!

Ok,

I don't know where to begin because I'm really frustrated. I purchased the record producer from www.hiphopstarz.com and I paid extra for shipping. I waited 2 full weeks when the shipping was suppose to be 3-5 days. Now I don't know about you guys but to me it's kind of making more money off of someone if the product doesn't get here the way it was suppose to. I would've been better of getting regular shipping don't you think? Anyway I called them up and they told me that It would take another week for it to get here and they refunded my shipping costs. I waited another week and "still" no product. I called them again and then they told me it will be here within another week??? I was like what? There's no way!!! Especially since They are in florida and i'm in south carolina. It's not like i'm in california or maine. Anyway I waited the 2 "extra" weeks and still it's about to be another week making it a MONTH and 1 WEEK. I'm gonna say I don't know if anyone has been thru this situation but all I know is that i don't even care for the product anymore and I want the money deposited into my account. It seems now they are trying to avoid me b/c they know I'm not dumb about this situation and I won't let them live this down. I'm very angry can anyone help?
