Unknown owners - ripoff - epipo was a pay to surf outfit. I surfed, they havn't paid con artist fake ripoff

For a couple years I surfed using ePipos "surfbar" clicking on their ads, viewing etc., when I started requesting money, I got no answer, nothing, nada, zip. For over a year now.
