Letstalk.com
Rebate ripoffs, deceptive ads, horrible customer service Or San Francisco California

Internet & Web

The post previous to this one is a perfect example of how Letstalk.com screws you out of your rebates that they promise on their website. I sent my rebate forms in the day I reeived my phone, then when I go to use the rebate they say they have no record of it. Then everyone on the phone gives me the run around. Chris the manager says he'll check on it, puts me on hold then Takeia comes on and says he's on another call and that I should give her my # and that he'll call me back.

So here's some helpful information that may help others like me who have been ripped off by Letstalk.com

Since you can't get anywhere calling the utter morons and liars at 1.877.825.5460, try these:

First, call Pam Ward since she's the manager of "customer service" or "customer redirect to another call center."
You can reach Pam directly at 972.352.2202. You'll probably get her voicemail so leave a message, her office is at 972.352.2200 and she's at extension 117.

Then try these guys, after all they're the ones making all the money by ripping you from your rebate:
