Unauthorized debit to bank account RIPOFF

The Health Mania.com debited my bank account for $19.95. I have never heard of this company, so when I called to find out why I had been debited, I was told that I had downloaded software on my computer from their website using my debit card.

I know that no one had downloaded any software on my computer, so I asked for a refund. After much arguing, the representative said I would receive a check within 10-14 days. I also contacted my bank to alert them and cancel my debit card since I have no idea how these fraudsters got it.
