Online Club ripoff underhanded billing Internet

My wife and I ordered the Billy Blanks BootCamp videos.included in the online receipt, on an advertisement included in the package and an advertisement on the video itself, is a free 30 trial to the billy blanks club.

We logged in one time to see what it was about. The account setup does not require a credit card, so I was under the impression that no charges could be applied. I'm sure this little secret is reveled in the fine print. Anyway, the site is not for us so we never logged in again. Three months later I noticed the site membership charge on my credit card.

I immediately went to the site to cancel. You cannot cancel online, you have to call their support number. (This is my fault, I usually check a site to verify that I can cancel online before joining.) It's just bad business to allow account setup online but not cancelation.

Anyway, no other emails were sent from the club during the 3 month period that might indicate that we were members. No confirmations or reminders that the 30 trial was up. I did not authorize charges to my credit card for the site, only for the videos. Again probably covered in some fine print.

I was able to get the last month charge reimbursed, but not the two prior that I missed. The rep did not offer, I had to say that I wanted my money back several times during the call.

Buyer Beware. I will never do business with the Billy Blanks company in the future. It's policies are manipulative and underhanded.
