False advertising, ripoff Oregon

I was stupid enough to pay $19.95 $10 shipping for Joe Richey's promo package. I was supposed to get $500 in FREE groceries, 100 rolls of film and a $1000 shopping spree.

I received: 100 buy one get one free film rolls, $500 in grocery vouchers that would cost me $200 to redeem and I never received any code to get my shopping spree. As if he was going to give me $1000 in merchandise to pass the good word about his site as it claims.

I sent Joe an email requesting my money back as I didn't get what I paid for. That was a week ago, no response, just more of his dishonest emails making ridiculous claims.

I failed to mention it took nearly a month for me to receive a small envelope that I paid $10 to have shipped.

I have contacted my credit card company and I am fighting this crap. But more importantly, I hope someone reads this and doesn't do business with this unethical and dishonest seller.
