FIRST OF ALL, Match.com boasts about their self image, being the "Premier Online dating service, matching more couples than anyone else." I have warned them several times that they are allowing people to select birthyears 1988, so anyone under 18 can sign up! They have the TRuste monitoring service to make sure those that choose those illegal years get rejected!

Why have those years available in the first place! They must answer to the law. I have contacted the Attorney General and the Governor of TX where their physical headquarters are based! They are not responding after 8 times in the last 4 months of me contacting them! I need the community's support and authorities to help shut them down or force them to correct this! They also HAVE VIOLATED the national law of age discrimination! That alone is a crime.

They will not allow people born before 1919 to join and use their services. Other dating sites do allow a person to select from 1890-1987 which is legal and realistic because there are some people of that age that want to use the service. It does not matter if it is rare, technically they have the right to be a part of this PREMIER SITE and date people younger than them! THAT IS LEGAL and must be made available. Also, like AOL, they should have a confirmation screen that indicates if emails sent on their site are being read or not, because I have sent many emails and get no reply. I am paying money and have no way to know if they are going through. That SHOULD be fixed!

Of course, the bigger concern is the underage years being allowed to be selected in the registration process on match.com THIS MUST BE CORRECTED Please contact them and also me, separately to confirm that action will be taken once and for all, as to let them know they are not getting away with these violations!
