Ripoff Revised~Suspension Ebay unfair of rules Portage

Ebay has suspened me due to a similar last name which this person is not family, We have different address etc, Why not ask for identifcation. I have appealed this dission, they waited several days, Before responding, I asked what was there famil rule: There responce was Anyone Living Together, Sharing A computer together, Working together, This does not apply to me. When I clicked the Appeal, I got nothing but a brush off,

What would happen if I had auctions going on, My computer crashed, I would have to go to my moms house etc to check, Just because our names may be alike, Then you would suspen both of us.

This is unfair of ebay without INVESTIGATING. You can see by my feedback (mrstimyv) that I have been a loyal customer since with over 500 postive feedback, I make you money.

Ebay also warned me when my niece lived with me about her ebay account, She was buying her own things, But because we lived in the same house and shared the computer, They said I could not do this, Thats fine with me, But This other insident is trully wrong, Ebay needs to have a detailed family rule??
