LeaseComm Holds Claims former Employee of Company Responsible for Employers Account

I was the employee of a company SSI LLC 3 years ago at the height of the dot-com era. Needless to say as an employee I set the corporation (an entity unto itself) up with credit card processing services through Leasecomm. I left the company over 2 years ago and soon after the company went under.
Needless to say in a recent credit report I found that Leasecom had reported the account as not paid/collection under my name. Whats worse is that after following up with them and depsite them acknowledging that this was a corporate account the company representative claims that because I set up the account I guaranteed the account.
I never did any such thing but act as an employee and contact in the establishment of the account.
The phone representative I spoke to who probably is an illegal alien from the sound of her voice had the audacity to tell me that I wouldnt be able to get a mortgage because this account would still remain listed under my name. Keep in mind this is after addressing the same problem in October.

If they think they can ruin my credit just watch what happens when I file a complaint against them in Massachusetts Superior court and get their CEO to answer in court. I may very well get them to buy me a house after Im through with suing them. Make sure you have all the necessary documentation.

I encourage anyone that has a problem with this company to file a compliant in Superior Court against LeaseComm. It only costs $100 and you dont need a lawyer to do it. You simply have to ask for the required forms.incidentally dont waste time dealing with the underlings on the telephone - go right to the top and file the complaint gainst the CEO and the Corporation.
