Use Online Businesses to Rip You Off

I too found charges last month and this month when I reconciled my account. I did a search and found this site and I decided that I am not taking this!!! We all have the right to let these jerks have it so I am going to tell you what I did in hopes that everyone will do the same.

I am even going to share my research with you to help you. I do background checks on people as part of my job and I am very well connected in my community in other words they ripped off the wrong person...

The first call I made the Customer Service Agent answered the phone and I asked how they got my information and she HUNG UP!

The second call I decided to be a little more deciteful and found out not only did they have my info but also my brothers (you can insure I called him right away) once they found out why I was calling they again hung up the phone.

Well I went to work WLI ReservationR stands for Webloyalty INC Reservation Rewards a company that grossed over 800 million last year by ripping YOU and ME off. I did a search at the CT Secratary of State Website and found out the following information on the company, Webloylty.com INC Business ID 0612948, Business address 101 Merritt 7 Floor 7 Norwalk CT 06851. This is there actual address not the crap they use when you go to reservationrewards.com (trust me when I finish my story you will se how much this means).

The name of the President is Vincent R. D'Agostino his HOME Address is 45 Turkey Hill Road South Westport CT 06880 (you will need this for the small claims you can file at your local courthouse), Richard J. Fernandes (CEO) his home address is 129 Quarter Horse Lane Fairfield CT 06430, Stephen L. Green (Director) 10 Chalmers Landing Westport CT 06880.

After I found this information out I called my friend the local Police Chief whi the refered me to the FBI's Internet Fraud Site I pressed Criminal Charges against them on this site (it was fast and easy). I then emailed the comapny and listed thae names and addresses of the Executive Officers and told them that I filed a criminal charge against them and that the next morning I would go to the Court and file a Small Claims Lawsuit for not just recovery but also Punitive Damages against the Company and every one of the executive officers that I listed (individually each getting his very own case number!) Guess what the company immeditely called me begging to refund my money. I told them thank you for giving me my moeny back but I am still filling a small claim suit against them for ripping me off!

I would love it if more people from around the country would join me in going down to your local court house and filling a small claim suit against everyone I just listed. I would love to have to see them fight off small claims in all 50 States! I am from Alaska. I am filling a $10,000 suit against Webloyalty and each of the Executive Officers and also against Time Life (the company that gave them my info, which once they found out how far I was taking this denied every sharing anything)

We are Americans, we have the right to defend ourselves, families, and property against thieves. Now lets go show these jerks we will not take this anymore!!!
