82 (yes, 82!) complaints to betterbusiness bureau in last 12 months

Stay away from this company. They have ripped off many, many people, and they take pride in it. I, like many others, have been robbed out of my hard earned money to these crooks who knowingly "sell" services they can't deliver. This company needs to be stopped. We all need to file a class-action suit against these crooks! (We'll never see a dime, but it'll be enough to put them out of business and maybe in jail, which is fine with me!)
