Ripoff unauthorized credit card charges

This company for 3 months charged our account 9.95 saying we signed up for this membership through snapfish. We looked over the terms and conditions for snapfish and didnt see anything. This is a scam!!! We called them and they agreed to refund 1 month thats all.
