Compulsivechicago - Stylesthatareamazing - Diane Cerny - Ebay Ripoff, Fruadulent Thief, January Ebay needs to suspend this fraud!

In Jan. Of I paid for a J-Lo shirt. I waited 3 weeks for it. When it arrived it had a stain on it and you could tell it was used. I also think it is a fake. I called Ms. Cerny up and the phone number she gave eBay was no good.

I then Emailed her asking for an exchange or refund and she got all phsychotic on me telling me the only reason I wanted a refund or exchange is because I was fat and she told me that was my problem and I should lose weight. I was shocked.

I emailed eBay on this subject and nothing happend. I then mailed the shirt back and did a chargeback through Paypal and recieved my money a month later. To avoid getting retaliation by negative feedback I gave this eBayer a neutral stating I was not happy.

She then gives me a negative feedback saying I tried to cheat her. I thank the Ebayer doing the investigation on her for doing this. If you need any more information just call me.

To everybody else, stay away from this seller. Compulsivechicago who is now Stylesthatareamazing. I should have checked her rating better. It would be in the 60% if she did not have her negatives muttualy removed.
