Poor service no response downtime hell

I originally purchased reseller hosting from a company called hometownhosting.com last July. It was a great company that always worked well with me when problems arose.in December, they sold to Affordable Host who has completely turned it into downtime hell.

My MySql databases constantly show error messages when trying to access PHP scripts. They always have to go in and manually restore them which for SOME REASON takes DAAAYS! The last time it happened, I emailed them about the problem and its been weeks with still no response.

My main concern is that I signed up with a company who had great support, and offered great features and now am stuck with a company who doesn't help its clients and has cut back a few features at times.
