Sextoysupersale.com A Division Of PTP ripoff charged my debit card but have never received my orde

I ordered from this company on 4/24/05 and paid for express shipping but have not received my order. I have contacted them many times via email and phone. Their automated email respose says that someone will contact me, and their web site says that their phone system is being upgraded, but I have not heard from anyone yet.

I would like to somehow get my money back, as I have already ordered and received similar items from a different company.

This is my first experience with an internet company that is a rip-off and I am not at all satisfied with their, "We really do care and extreme customer service" attitude.
