Ripoff Fraudulent Advertising

PreNote: I signed up for this service because I felt it would be an ideal service for the game and movie lover that I am. The pricing was ideal a $17.95 for a month's time. $17.95 would allow for me to have 3 dvds/games out at one time for as long as I wanted to keep each.

Complaint: Firstly, the availability of the products they advertise leaves MUCH to be desired. Often times enough there are very LONG waits on games and DVDs which makes your selection criteria dwindle. Those items that are easily foudn in your local rental store are often times not available for long periods of time.

Secondly, I have had 3 games in my queue since 6/10/05. All 3 games are listed as AVAILABLE, which by GAMEZNFLIX's standards should ship that business day. 1 item shipped leaving the other 2 to stand in my game/dvd queue for over 2 weeks now.

Finally, they do not list a phone number for you to use to make inquiries nor complaints. They have an online feature that states all inquiries, concerns would be answered within 24 hours. My response time has been more like 72 hours and the responses from their reps have not assisted me with getting the product shipped out.

Conclusion: I have spent $17.95 for a membership to rent DVDs/Games that are not available. $17.95 for 1 rental is quite a steep venture. They do not uphold what they advertise and are a complete rip-off.
