Lifetimewebhosting ripoff, false advertising, no customer service

I purchased web hosting from these people in 2000. Since then, my site has gone down more times than I care to count. When the site goes down, I complete a help desk ticket at MyCustomerSupport (their help desk) then have to resort to begging before anyone will do anything to help me.

Their NORMAL response time is a week or more. When you CALL customer service, a fax machine picks up the line.

They state 24/7 support, 100% uptime, fast servers. None of the statements are true. 24/7 means that you send 24 request for help and 7 days later you get a response. Over the years, my site has gone down more times than I can count. Once for almost a week. The last time the site went down, after 6 request for help, I FINALLY got a response.

"Your site had been suspended for "high volume activity".

The site has NEVER had high volume activity, other than my son logging in to post a bible scripture to his local prayer board each day. Lifetimewebhosting.com was kind enough to say that if I sent them an ADDITONAL $99, they would be happy to reinstate my account.

If anyone is considering doing business with this company DONT! They will take your money, give you lousy or non-existent customer service, suspend your account for "high volume activity, then ask you for an additional $99 to turn your account back on for more poor customer service.
