Zazzle
Ripoff unauthorized debit card withdrawal

Internet & Web

I ordered a customized t-shirt through zazzle, through a promotion also affiliated with Disney, in which you could choose an image from a vast collection of licensed Disney images and add a name and/or number to the front or back of the shirt.

I got my shirt in a timely fashion and like it quite a bit.

However, a month or so later, I get an email from Zazzle informing me that they have finished production on my shirt and will be sending it to me.

I assume this is a really late email referring to the shirt I already had and had already worn at least twice by this time, chalking it up to some little glitch in their email system or something, and delete it.

Shouldn't have done that, I guess.

I then receive a second shirt. Precisely like the first. That I did not order. That I did not want. (Why the crap would I want two identical freaking shirts.)

I figure, 'well, I'm not paying to send this back when it was they're stupid mistake.' I do however leave it in the packaging with all its paperwork and such, just in case they try to screw me or something.

I later get a bank statement and see that they CHARGED me, WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION, for this second shirt.

I'd like to say that again for proper emphasis.

They charged my card without notifying me or getting any kind of authorization from me.

I then desperately search the site for SOME means of contacting them and demanding this be fixed. There are NO phone numbers on the site, only a few emails. I tried emailing them twice and never got any sort of response whatsoever. Nothing. Apparently there is no way to contact these people and receive any sort of response to FRAUDULENT WITHDRAWALS to your bank account. Apparently they can just charge your account anytime they d*n well please and you cannot do a thing about it.

And they don't care.
