We ordered DVDS. His ad states " New DVDS direct from the studios in Hollywood. Hen we receaved them the wer old, old movies put on DVDS. The actors are long dead. We did not expect never before seen movies, maybe several years old, but not these.
He would not return our money, said we could return them for a hugh restoking fee.
He was nasty in his e-mail replies.
