Management responsibility for telecom billing ripoff

From what I was able to determine with some phone calls today, ILD is aware that management is directly responsible for how they've been stealing from the American consumer. The frontline customer service staff don't give their last names or management's names, but with a little work I was able to simply locate this stuff on the web. At first they will not admit fault for stealing your money through the phone bill you get that has the buried $60 item. I have been paying them this $60 or $70 per month without knowing it!!! The good news is that if you're really angray and persistent and aren't afraid to let your anger escalate they get really skittish (guilty conscience). They essentially admitted that they help "myspaceonlineis" fleece the public through Verizon's phone bills when they said that it would take 60-90 days for me to get my money back. I asked "Does evrybody you rob have to wait 60-90 days for their money?" I tried this with a couple of their operators.

The answer?"Yes". So I said "OK, now I understand: everybody you steal money from who asks for a refund has to wait a standard 60 or more days to get their own money back." Again they confirmed that I was correct. When I called the corporate headquarters, they immediately put me through to Fred Lloyd's line without any resistance. When I'm in Florida next (and I recommend this to Floridians) I'll drop by the office to dialog about the details, since they seem open to direct communication with upper management. This is a positive breakthrough! Good luck, fellow victims!
