Recieved and returned unusable software. Charged for membership after returning and cancelling as state in agreement. Ripoff

I ordered software for the shipping costs to try and returned it per the agreement and was still charged for a membership anyways. The software was not usuable for me. After contacting the company they stated I had to cancel it online and not just returning it within the 10 days trial offer. I could not find this in the agreement... Bogus Advertising for junk CD's.
Beware... If it sounds to good to be true it probably isn't!!!
