Ripoff they have lied and conded me out of money i could have used for other things

Ireceved a phone call from a gentalman refering to my intrest in a credit card that would help repaire my credit. He told me it would coast 299.00 that would be taken out of my account on the20of march.

If the money was not there my bank would charge me fees, for it not being there so i fell for there line of crap thy said i would recive a comformation letter, with in90day i would have acredit card well it is now may 19 and ihave not recived a credit card.

All i have gotten is a package with aletter teling me to sign some form and mail it to the proper address and other junk. I have called and get told this letter is in the mail and still nothing. So i gave them 299.00 for what?

They have lied and conded me out of money i could have used for other things. I hope they get what they deserve for this. Plase help me in getting my money back
