Mislead on cost, inferred tools were proprietary, high pressure sales

Thank you for your posts. I went to the "big" seminar on the 16th. I have built websites but have just never figured out how to promote them.

My first complaint was on the cost of the products even at a discount. I came home and asked some questions of a professional and found that the fees they were quoting on individual things like merchant accounts were bogus.

Second, they inferred that their tools (which were cool) were proprietary. Again I asked my professional and found that they were available to everyone.

Third, I was at the seminar without my husband and wanted to discuss the seminar with him before making a decision. I was told that they would give me time to call him. I did and he was trusting my judgement. I did not want to walk away from an opportunity and have to pay more later so I asked about a trial period and they showed me the paper work that I would sign giving me three days to cancel.

After reviewing their website, talking to the professionals and reading the letters on this site I have cancelled the transaction. If I have further problems, I will post them here.
