Fradulent Visa Charges - REPEATED! Ripoff

I am just beside myself. At the end of March I found a suspect charge of $82 on my Capital One Visa — some place called paymentinfo.net I called the credit card company and contested the charge. They also cancelled that account and re-issued a new card and number. This A.M. When checking my account on line to my horror I found two MORE $82 charges to someplace called EXPORTADORA.

I called the credit card company AGAIN and asked how this company had my NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER. I went through the whole protest AGAIN. They said the companies they probably just changed names... I am very frustrated. The would not explain how this happened AGAIN! This EXPORTADORA also charged $82 to my debit card on Saturday so I have had to cancel that card as well. I am just in tears.

I think this is an overseas pharmacy because to make matters worse I have a letter from US Customs saying they intercepted a package with pharmaceuticals from Costa Rica under my name. This came about the same time as the first fraudulent posting. I DIDN'T ORDER ANYTHING!!!

Will I have to keep cancelling cards forever? It seems if these companies just change their names they can charge anything to you! If anyone has some advice please let me know. Thanks.
