Is a scam! Since January this SO-called company won't stop charging my credit card 79.95. Ripoff Mayport Florida

I cancelled my subcription to newhealthy savings on January 11 and this is documented by the company, but since my cancellation this so called company continues to charge my credit card 79.95 every month, then when you call to complain the billing company tells you have to call newhealthysavings directly, which is a toll call and the company is only open for eight hours a day M-F est, then when you get someone they start the shell game of blaming the billing company, and the billing company blames newhealthysavings. This has gone on continually every month since January. I want to sue but have been told since they give the money back every month back I might not have a case. Legal advice please.
