Ripoff Web Host who takes consumer money and runs

Customer service is very lousy and rude, service goes out all the time, very rude when you? Why, I stated I wanted to cancel my service. I was paid for a month in advance, they said no money back had to keep for full month. Guess what the turned my service off, and never refunded money. I filed paypal complaint for my payment, and they send me threating legal letter Trust me. Go the other way and run Here is the letter they sent me, not to mention. I have found many more people they have treated badly, and ripped off
