When I first ordered ink from pacific ink I thought I had found a place to get ink refills at a cheaper price. Well when I received the ink I realized why they were cheaper. The ink was a very poor quality and I had signed up for their club so I got free shipping.

I immediately got on the web site and cancelled any further shipments (twice). I thought after canceling twice I was OK. I wasn't. Three months later came another shipment which they deducted from my checking account. I called and told them I was sending it back that I had already cancelled and did not want their product as I found it unsatisfactory.

My money was returned about a week later however not all of it. They kept the S & H charges even when I paid to send it back. Thinking all is well and good. Three months later I get a deduction from my account again for 93.96 even without getting their inferior products. Have contacted them 3 times and they haven't bothered to respond. So I am now letting the public know what RIP OFFS they are.
