Looks like a ripoff

I just had $8800.00 sent to this company two weeks ago for 8 pallets of never opened, never used name brand tools, Dewalt etc. For two weeks I have gotten a run around from these people about delivery, I really began to wonder, got nervous about the unprofessionalism of this company and did a internet search, I found this site. Everything said here is what I am going thru now.

Now I do not want to take delivery and am not certain as to how to turn it down, how can I take delivery of junk, there are no written documents from these people about what is being bought, so this is going to take a number of people to write complaints to the FBI, this is internet fraud and wire fraud, They are promising goods which do not exist, this is fraud and they need to be stopped and I need to get money back if possible, which I have little hope of at this point, Internet and particularly bank wire fraud is a serious crime, it is a crime which banks and business cannot allow or the system of commerce will collaspe at the lost of integrity of this system of money transfer.

I was really stupid in how I went about this, and did not do the usual cautionary things that I do with such things, I actually bought their adds on the internet, and that is where they can be caught, because there is nothing there about old used beat up consumer items, there is more of and newer items advertised. How do I get in touch with the other people here so action can be taken and fast. I am filling out a online FBI report immediately as soon as I contact my partner. I am new to this site and I haven't found out how we can contact each other on here.
