Ripoff. After taking a online panel for the promise of $25 Greenfield after 6 weeks of trying is refusing to pay. Saying they can't track the survey

On 10 Feb I did a live online focus group for Invoke Solutions though Greenfield online.

After 6 plus weeks of asking when I would be credited for this. I was told by Greenfield (after 7 e-mails & 2 phone calls) that they could not find the info to credit my account.

I gave them the date the exact time the product. I even remembered my password prince but because my computer crashed and I don't have the exact survey# they will not pay.

Of course there partner Invoke Solutions says theres nothing they can do. Don't waste your time with these people or you can be like me and lose Payments of $2 $3 or $25 dollars for this one. None where ever paid.
