Ripoff, scam - fradulent, unknow charges

This began as I had to go through my checking account due to some serious errors. I admit, I do not monitor my account as close as I should.

I found a charge for "BUSINESSMAX" for $9.95 and their "888-584-2217" phone number. Which, as I go through and look closely, this number does not appear every month. Sometimes it is different, and sometimes it's not complete.

Any how, as I waited on hold for someone to explain to me who they were - I tried to search the internet. All I could find were sites giving information on how they are a rip off and information on how to join lawsuits. *yikes*

At first I got a fast talking operator. She canceled my membership, and was only authorized to refund me my last months fees. NOT good enough - so she put me on hold.

This happened 4 times before I finally got a manager to answser. I had to call back each time due to being disconnected.

Gloria read me (quickly) all of the terms of agreement I had signed up for.

After much debate - she agreed to refund me 2 more months of fees. NOT good enough. I wanted all of my money back.

This is unauthorized - fraudlent - and a scam.

I asked her if I needed to join in on a legal case to see my money again. I got the canned "you agreed to..." speech again and finally she agreed to refund all of my money.

All of the other phone numbers listed at the "Rip-off" site are disconnected. This number worked for me - today. 888-584-2217.

Good luck. It's sad when people can only make a buck out of shafting others.
