Ripoff

I placed an order on November 25 for 5 T-shirts totaling $29.85 with shipping & handling. They were a gift for a lovely lady going through chemo. I wanted her to have the for Christmas. Needless to say she did not receive them.

My order was accepted without delay, but the order has never been fulfilled. I have tried on several occasions to contact someone at Casual Apparel Warehouse by e-mail and phone with no response.

I've never been swindled before. It was quite a shock to have a slimy company perform such a dastardly deed at Christmas!
