Ripoff 22 months checking account fraud

Recently, I was informed by my bank that AOL had been deducting money every month from my checking account. A call to their Fraud Dept confirmed my banks statement. When I informed the operator that I am not now, nor, have I ever been, an AOL member, I was told that, While yes, they did have a note of my conversation with thier membership dept emphatically refusing to accept membership, they would not refund my money.

I asked for a copy of my bill and was told the only way I could acquire a copy would be through a court ordered subpeneoa.

Asked about the clandestine nature of thier business practices and refusing to provide a record of my account led me to this site.

I beseech any and all who've been ripped off by these guys to file a report and join the class action lawsuit to get your money back.

These guys are thieving scum and deserve to be shut down
