Ripoff in Ebay Scandal

It was my first time on e-bay and I found a DVD that I had really wanted. It was a Sex and The City Episode and I had bid on it and won it. The person selling it did not accept paypal so I had to send him a check. It was around $30 and I sent that in February and still have not received my DVD.

The person behind the scandal was Steve Rainey. I don't know what I can do to get my money back, so if anyone can help me, please let me know. I am doing a follow up on the first complaint because I was one of the people involved with buying one of his DVD's off e-bay and then never receiving it. Thank you very much.
