Epassporte ripoff allows internet fraud steals $480.00 from account!

This morning a charge of $480.00 was debited from my checking account. My wife immediately called Epassporte, the company that issued the charge. We had never heard of it.
It turns out someone used my debit card number to open an account. Epassporte never bothered to verify the bogus email address, which is listed from a company in NORWAY. That's quite a commute from Arizona!
Epassporte then REFUSED to disclose where they sent the Visa that was fraudulently obtained in my name. Customer service will give you first names only like "Jose" at customer service - EXT. 3021.
Their online application is a JOKE as anyone can obtain a card. They even advertise ANONYMOUS email as a service! What does that tell you? Finally they have the audacity to accuse you of applying behind your spouse's back!
I have filed a complaint with the FBI, had to cancel my debit card, and contact the big three credit reporting agencies because of this crappy company that doesn't do their job when it comes to verifying identity or researching applications.
Avoid this outfit like the BUBONIC PLAGUE!
