B&G Currency ripoff Refund Check Bounced, Poor Customer Service

I placed a previous order with company for a modest amount of IQD, received order (Slow Delivery). Placed a second order for a higher amount of IQD had difficulty in contacting them. Once I got through and talked with "Barry", the order was corrected.

After waiting several weeks, I noticed the price of 1 million IQD dropped, so I cancelled my order, and reordered, wanting to get a lower price, with a refund of the difference (125 USD). I received refund for the full purchase price (via FedEx). Deposited it in my bank and 5 days later my bank informed me the check did not clear. Have been trying to call them but all I get is voice mail, and no reply to e-mail.
