Ripoff would not refund a decent amoun. Of money when cancelled within hours of buying Internet

I downloaded from mp3downloading.com, for music, it did not work right with my system, I was charged 37.95 for the music download, and 14.97 for security. I cancelled this in under 24 hours, and they would not refund more than 9.95, which is just not right. I sent them at least 10 emails, and not one did they answer back, as to why they felt they should keep that amount. I have a charge on my credit card for the 52.92, so far they have not even refunded the 9.95. This buisness practice of keeping this much money is just not right, I never even downloaded a thing from this site. Beware of sites that aren't specific, they say you can cancel, but make sure you know how much will be refunded if you are not happy. These people couln't take the time to answer just one of my emails.
