Ripoff dishonest rebate warranty repair services substand product

I sent my rebate for $50.00 on March 29 for buying SY-K7VME, but have not receive my rebate. It has been more than 14 weeks after the May 22 postmark date as listed in the rebate form (the expected date of rebate fulfillment).in fact, it's almost a year.

I have called and e-mail various departments multiple times. Soyo has never returned any of the e-mails and voice mails I have left. Until a few weeks ago, they were able to see my submission, but suddenly my submission has mysteriously disappeared. Good thing I made a screen-shot when their system showed my submission.

The sad thing is I am not the only one who got ripped off by their rebate scam.

PRODUCT QUALITY
Yes, I forgot to mention that onboard LAN failed after only 6 months, onboard video produces unacceptable blue tint, onboard sound products crackles, and recently USB ports are starting to malfunction.

WARRANTY (DIS) SERVICE
After being on hold for a couple of hours, I finally manage to talk to a live person who tried extremely hard to not give me the reference no. Which is needed for getting the RMA no. Off their website. Worst thing is the reference no. Was rejected by their RMA website. Bunch of scammers.
