Ripoff money taken from credit card after cancelation of contract as well as no delivery of goods

I am so glad to see that I am not the only one being ripped off— and I don't mean that to sound as if I am glad— jsut glad it not only me that feels this way about eh company-

I had originaly tried there Trial period where they send you the 5 cd to try for 30 days then they would send you another additional 7 cd's were they convieniently billy your credit card $96.00 plush s/h in Canadian funds that workded out o be $130.00 well i did the intitial trail and accepted the other 7 cds. That was the end of it I thought— however last december i was sent another 5 "trial " cds—I did not want these cds out fo teh 5 2 never did work and the ones that did were CRAP - anyway I contected them via there web address wich is www.videoproffesor.com/customer support.

To tell them tthat i wished to cancel and asked them how to return teh cds. I t is now Feb I recieved a visa statement with $130.00 charge!!! For waht I asked.? So i claled the 188 number that was on my statement - only to find that thye were cahrging me for the cd's well if they wre to charge me I should have ahd all 12 Cd's for that price& I do not and they never shouls have charged me becsue I had canceled - When I talked to the receptionist who was rather ticked with me - she told me that they did recieve the email but since I had not returned the 5 cd's they continued to charge me—There was no instructions on how to return the cd's nor was tehr any other cd's sent to me.

I am extreamly pissed to find that 5 cd's cost $130.00 thery were supose to be $8.00 each plush shipping and handleing and if my math is any good that does NOT ADD UP to $130.00 even with the exchange rate— I have been ripped off.

Futher more while talking to this lady i asked her if she could help me I still wanted to send these discs back - she gave methe option of replacing the 2 faulty ones at no charge, however I do not want ANY of them.

Well she was nice enough to give me and address and a return conformation number and told me that the only way I would be credited for these would be if it reached ther office by March 7th. I sent the cd's and a letter priority post as well as a signature required as to protect myself so I know if and when it ACTUALLY gets there.

Had I not called her I would have sent it back to denver— NOT the address she gave me— the address was Burnaby BC Canada anda PO box— lets hope this is the last I hear from them& becsue if its not there will be hell to pay and i will change my card number.
